By submitting your contact information to CleanLime Lighting or requesting a lighting installation quote, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your quote, scheduling confirmations, installation updates, promotions, and other service-related notifications.
Opt-Out Policy
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS updates but may still receive email or phone communications as part of your service agreement.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency will vary depending on your service requests and account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.

About CleanLime Lighting
CleanLime Lighting is a permanent outdoor LED lighting installation company serving residential customers on the San Francisco Peninsula and South Bay, including Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Atherton, Los Altos, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Burlingame, Hillsborough, Redwood City, San Mateo, Santa Clara, San Jose, Fremont, Newark, and Union City. CleanLime Lighting operates as a licensed and insured LLC in the State of California.
Services
CleanLime Lighting provides permanent LED lighting installation services for residential properties. Services may be performed by trained professionals or licensed subcontractors. Final scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed prior to any work beginning. All services are subject to a separate written or electronic service agreement at time of booking.
Quotes and Pricing
Free quotes are provided via our online lead form, phone, or in-person assessment. Quotes are estimates only and subject to change based on final site assessment. No work begins without customer confirmation of final pricing.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement. CleanLime Lighting reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment, or staffing conditions.
Warranty
CleanLime Lighting provides a 3-year labor warranty on all permanent LED installation work covering defects in workmanship only. It does not cover damage from extreme weather, third-party modifications, or misuse. Warranty service must be requested in writing at cleanlimeco@gmail.com.
Liability
CleanLime Lighting carries general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of services performed. Customers are responsible for disclosing known property hazards, HOA restrictions, or access limitations prior to service.
Subcontractors
CleanLime Lighting may use licensed and insured subcontractors held to the same quality and safety standards as our direct team. Use of subcontractors does not affect your warranty or service guarantee.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of CleanLime Lighting and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of San Mateo County, California.
